This is one of the first things to locate in any new property.

Servicing a boiler is important, no matter how old or new the home is. A regularly serviced unit lasts far longer than one that is simply not checked out. The service history is usually located on the lid of the cold water tank for the system. This will let you know how often the system was checked and if it is in need of service currently.
